Think before you eat?!

Being born in a country where food is plentiful, various, delicious and cheap....this could be Heaven!

OH WAIT!

However, for those who are on diet or even if you are not, it is advisable for you and i to always watch the calories of each food that you may take. You must have heard it from someone somewhere sometime before who claimed that our local foods are actually one of the worst superb-unhealthy food.
