My language.

A friend of mine asked me why my Malay language sounds perfect??

How do i answer? I migrated to Peninsular Malaysia- Kuala Lipis Pahang when i was 10 years old, 2 and a half years later shifted to Kuala Lumpur, now currently pursuing my Bachelors in Science stream and staying at Shah Alam. But mostly, i never forget my Sabahan language, thats probably the major influence on my perfect Malay language nowadays.

Well...im sabahan (pround of it), this place where i belong to practices and majored our sabahan slang (sounds like malay, but it's in sabah slang with the 'bah' word) widely, even perfectly. No matter which races we are belong to, we seems to get along very well to each other, one of the reason why is because of the language itself . Believe me or not, sabahan Chinese, Malay, Indian, Kadazan, Dusun, Bajau, Sungai, Iraniun, Lundayeh etc, we speaks and connects very well in our language. I remember when i was in primary school ( S.R,J.K (C) Pai Wen Ranau), my teachers uses a "fine system'' whereby for each Malay Sabah words we speaks will be fined 10 cents. But yeah, all of us students came from different races, still practiced the slangs beautifully, i believe its even until now we are addicted to our slang. Ahaha, how i missed you Sabah!

That's why, im proud to say that i am from the land of Borneo Sabah, and will never forget our Sabahan slang. It's just so wonderful culture we lived in, harmony and peace. Mostly, no boundaries.

Saya Sabah bah. <3 <3 <3

piece of photoshoot!!

I'm feeling cloud nine Darling!

hey all...it's been a while!

Now i really feels that everything goes right just the way i wanted to. hurm...maybe there's a little ups and downs, but as long as i'm on my track, yeah its working' out...little by little! Great huh!

And the best thing of all, is when people starts noticing you, and beginning with lots of question such as how do ya, why are ya getting slimmer, you look different? etc...oh well...i was like! wow, i really wanted this for so long and really tried hard...and this is what i get? wow...yay! a butterfly in my stomach! anyway, thanks friends and peoples for all the compliments and questions too!

A few of my friends also been asking a lot about tips and tricks to loose that extra fats. hurm.

simple girls: 3 main ingredients

1) Watch your foods
you need to watch what you are eating, and count or estimates the calories intake per day. Remember everything you take in your body counts, event it's only a piece of chocolates or a lick of an ice-cream. But remember never starve yourself. that'a a big NO-no! LOL!

2) Exercise
i highly recommend this for those of you who really want it to work out healthily i mean in the way that people will notice you even before you lost those extra pounds. (that's what happens to me now, i only lost so far 2kg but people thought i am 5kg slimmer, wow!) and of course, by exercising it also helps you to gain or boost your energy, protects you from diseases..and lots more. You know it right!

3) Determination.
Gals and guys, please have this in mind. If you really wanna go for it, go for it. There's no short cuts. And remember the road might be long and rough, never give up, keep your heart and mind into it, sooner or later you'll get there. Trust that you can do it. And prove Them wrong!

Till then beautiful peoples: Love with all your heart and never hesitate.

So eventually i went to the market last night, just to find a perfect skin care products that has whitening effect (instantly- close to like BB cream), SPF UV protections, healing dark spots, non oily/sticky feeling, double smooth and moisturizing effect, and hydrating effects.

This has it all. I bought home, and tried it this afternoon, i can't help the feeling of this products that it has been working perfectly on my skin. And it even helps to reduce my uneven skin tone.

Yes, I've tried several products before, such as the product from Olay whitening...but i think this works better, as it gives you rosy=white texture after you applied it. It only cost me less than RM30, yes it was! What more can i say? Well girls try it yourself. Muahxxoxoxoxo

Eat a small handful of almonds (at least 6) every morning. Almonds are one of the healthiest snacks you can eat and the protein is good for burning fat.

green tea

The general consensus seems to be that 3 – 5 cups of green tea per day is optimal. Doing this can help you burn an extra 70 calories per day which amounts to 7 pounds per year.

1) Green tea revs up your metabolism

A study reported on in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, found that green tea extract resulted in a significant increase in energy expenditure (a metabolism ‘boost’).
The researchers also concluded that that over a 24-hour period, green tea extract increases the metabolic rate by 4%. These effects are probably due to the high concentrations of catechin polyphenols found in green tea. These work to help intensify levels of fat oxidation and thermogenesis (the rate at which your body burns calories).

2) Green tea may help reduce appetite
Scientists at the University of Chicago found that green tea caused rats to lose up to 21 percent of their body weight. Rats injected with a green tea extract lost their appetites and consumed up to 60 percent less food after seven days of daily injections. This may have something to do with the blood sugar regulating effects of green tea.

So girls, drink more green tea yea..

~xoxo~

Warning avoid these foods/drinks:

WARNING AVOID THESE: 5 Food groups that can slow down your metabolism
1) SUGAR:- Eating too much sugar overloads your body and causes your blood sugar levels to rise rapidly. This in turn makes your body go into conservation mode meaning that you will store extra fat and burn less calories. To make sure this does not happen you need to reduce your intake of refined sugars as much as possible. That means cutting down on the candy, chocolate, cakes and cookies as much as possible. If you still want something sweet try eating some fruit. Unlike refined sugars, most fruits contain fructose which does not cause your blood sugar levels to rise.
2) WHITE BREAD:- White bread is made from wheat flour which then has the bran and germ removed. White bread is bleached to remove any yellow colour which destroys many of the vitamins contained in the wheat plus it is full of sugar. This means that it is very easily digested, has a low nutritional value and is low in dietary fiber. When processing white bread your body burns very few calories and it also causes your blood sugar levels to rise.

3) FRIED FOODS:- Like white bread, fried foods are very low in nutritional value and easy to digest. They are also very high in calories and full of saturated fats. Saturated fats are solid at room temperature, generally come from an animal source, make your body produce more cholesterol and slow down your metabolic rate. You really need to avoid fried foods for the sake of both your metabolism and your health. Next time you are craving fried food such as a beef burger why not replace this with a slice of grilled, lean beef on brown bread? Not only will it be better for you but I think it tastes a lot nicer too.

4) PROCESSED FOODS:- Processed foods include ready meals, crisps and chocolate bars. They are very popular because they are quick and convenient but guess what? The vast majority are also lacking in nutritional value, contain dangerous trans fats and are high in chemical preservatives. Again this combination of factors in processed foods means that they reduce your metabolic rate. I know that it can be very tempting to opt for processed foods when you want something to eat after a long, hard day but your body will really thank you if you take the time to cook something healthier. If time really is an issue then why not try cooking in large batches and freezing the leftovers? This will mean that you will still have access to quick, convenient foods when you are in a rush BUT they will be healthy.

5) ALCOHOL:- Alcohol is full of sugar and calories which (as you probably know by now) restrict your metabolic rate. Alcohol is also known to have a dehydrating effect  , if you are not fully hydrated your metabolism does not work as effectively. Moderate consumption of alcohol is not going to have a huge effect on your hydration levels but excessive consumption will. For most of us there are going to be times when we over indulge on alcohol so I am not going to advise you to give up alcoholic beverages. However, you should make an effort to reduce the amount you are drinking.

Diet is a double edged sword when it comes to metabolism – it can be both a help and a hindrance. However,  you should be well on your way to formulating a diet that keeps your metabolism high.
