Stick thin? Anorexia @ Bulimia? This is NOT an OPTION!

So i came across this few articles and several blogs who writes about eating disorder (ED) that happens globally  nowadays. It's just frightened me a lot of the fact that these peoples tortured their own selves extremely, that 90% of the populations end up suffering worst case, death. In addition, yes, they lose weight drastically, but gained it all back easily. And some of them actually starves themselves to death. Yes, DEATH!

Hey, I'm not talking about you or pointing fingers at anyone of you out there. Don't worry people, believe me celebrities are involved too. Too bad. They should be our own role model, aren't they?

When they said they are healthy and beautiful with sticked out bones, they are actually lying!!!!

It's Fatal! Eating Disorder,
IT'S SOMETHING YOU CAN DIE FOR!

Just wanted to put out to everybody that ANYBODY can have eating disorder and Anybody can recover from it.

Here are some diet tips that i think is good enough to stay healthy and not moving towards ED.

- Make your diet public! There's no reason to be ashamed of dieting. It will only help you more, gain more supports. tips and also it will sure keep you on the right track.

- Make the small changes! As in 1,2,3. Such as if you can't give up on Coke, try Diet Coke. Drinking black coffee instead of with creme, remember to cut down the sugar. Using the stairs instead of the elevator is also a small changes that may helps.

- Eat your breakfast and drink 8 glasses of waters a day! Hey, this really helps to boast up your energy levels throughout the day.

- Eat slowly and change your plate size. Hee ;) this helps me cut down fats a lot.

- Eat more Fruits and Vegetables! Remember your favorite red apple, Mango and Guava? Owh dear, that's such a healthy snacks.

- Weight yourself every 2-3 days a week, not regularly! Don't get too obsess about the numbers, instead of focusing on loosing the numbers, focus on loosing your fats first.

- Workout rationally! DOn't stress yourself too much. I know finding the time for exercising are difficult. But i told youbefore, we just need simple small starts first. Shopping for an hour could be a good work out too you know? Or maybe just as simple as 50 times jumping in place, and you'll be sweating.

Lastly.....

Just wanna shout out to people out there. Always stay healthy and beautiful, don't ever thinking of starving yourself.

Moderate is the key, ya?

Regards and lots of love:

My language.

A friend of mine asked me why my Malay language sounds perfect??

How do i answer? I migrated to Peninsular Malaysia- Kuala Lipis Pahang when i was 10 years old, 2 and a half years later shifted to Kuala Lumpur, now currently pursuing my Bachelors in Science stream and staying at Shah Alam. But mostly, i never forget my Sabahan language, thats probably the major influence on my perfect Malay language nowadays.

Well...im sabahan (pround of it), this place where i belong to practices and majored our sabahan slang (sounds like malay, but it's in sabah slang with the 'bah' word) widely, even perfectly. No matter which races we are belong to, we seems to get along very well to each other, one of the reason why is because of the language itself . Believe me or not, sabahan Chinese, Malay, Indian, Kadazan, Dusun, Bajau, Sungai, Iraniun, Lundayeh etc, we speaks and connects very well in our language. I remember when i was in primary school ( S.R,J.K (C) Pai Wen Ranau), my teachers uses a "fine system'' whereby for each Malay Sabah words we speaks will be fined 10 cents. But yeah, all of us students came from different races, still practiced the slangs beautifully, i believe its even until now we are addicted to our slang. Ahaha, how i missed you Sabah!

That's why, im proud to say that i am from the land of Borneo Sabah, and will never forget our Sabahan slang. It's just so wonderful culture we lived in, harmony and peace. Mostly, no boundaries.

Saya Sabah bah. <3 <3 <3
